Shipping policy

We endeavour to send online orders within 2-10 business days or sooner, depending on nature of the order. All lead times will be communicated to every customer when an order is processed. Customers will receive automatic parcel tracking emails as well once order is shipped.

All orders are shipped with standard 3 business day economy service. Usually orders are delivered the next day of collection from us, but may happen that delivery will take place on the second day. If in doubt always track your parcels with the links provided above.
We will also keep an eye on the progress of deliveries and intervene when the delivery period stretches beyond 3 business days.

Please allow some time before tracking your parcel. It can take up to 24 hours for a courier to book a parcel into their hub, so if you find that there is not information available when you track your parcel please wait a little while and try again.
